Awesome, just awesome. The facilities are clean, look great, and the fact that you get your own private room makes it much more relaxing and personal. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that make you feel welcome.
The sauna, for me, was the perfect temperature, and the cold plunge bath to end it off left me feeling energized and refreshed.

Sweat & Shiver was 10/10! The facilities are great, sauna was so calming and nice to have private rooms for a very fair price. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to recover from training or just wants to have a relaxing full body experience.

5 stars without question! The customer service was above and beyond. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful date post 10km race. I walked in limping and sore. Walked out skipping and wanting to come back tomorrow! I’ve been to a few places around the lower mainland and Sweat and Shiver is on a whole different level! Do yourself a favour and go try them out! You won’t be disappointed! Can’t wait to rep the swag I ordered and tell everyone about them!

I recently visited Sweat and Shiver, and I can't recommend it enough! This newly opened cold plunge facility is a hidden gem. The place is incredibly clean and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I loved having my very own room for the cold plunge. It’s such a unique experience compared to other places I've tried.
The quiet, private setting allows you to unwind without the hustle and bustle of a crowded space, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Eric at the front desk was super helpful and easy-going. He answered every question I had, making the whole experience even better.
I will definitely be returning for more sessions! If you’re looking for a refreshing and calming escape, Sweat and Shiver is the place to go!
